PLEASE NOTE:

  • The price includes tax.

  • We offer free storage for large luggage during your kimono rental period. Please contact us via Instagram or Facebook in advance to inform us of the number and size of your items.

  • We cannot provide the service to pregnant women.

  • Hair styling, Hair accessories is included in the package. Face professional make up is not included.

  • Please returned the kimonos before 17:45.

  • Our store does not require kimono insurance, however, we kindly ask that please keep the kimono clean throughout the rental period. A cleaning fee may be charged for significant stains or exessive soiling.

  • Rental kimonos may have minor stains or imperfections. Our staff may not notify customer of these in advance. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance.

  • Customer will be reponsible for compensation in the event of loss or irreparable damaege to the kimono or accessories.

  • The overnight rental fee is; 1000yen for yukata, basic kimono and lace kimono; 2000yen for Formal kimono; 4000 yen for Furisode. A 10000yen deposit is required for all overnight rentals. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the kimono directly to our shop. ( We do not accept returns by postal mail under any circumstances.)
