About Photograph service

  • This is the price for the photoshoot service and does not include kimono rental or make up fees.

  • We will provide all the original photos.

  • 30 mintutes Photoshoot Package does not include retouching.

  • 60-90 minutes Photoshoot Package include 15 retouching-photos. Please choose the photos that you would like our photographer to edit. We will send you edited photos in JPG format via Google Drive link within 7-10 days.

  • The link is vailid for 2 weeks, please download them within this time.

  • The image storage period is 2 months. After that period, we will not able to provide the images again for any reason. Thank you for your understanding

  • Please note that we do not accept any refunds for any reason, even if you are not satisfied with the photos photographer taked/ edited.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the shooting.

  • In the unfortunately, there is a problem with providing photos, we will do our best to resolve the problem, but in case of unable to provide the photos, we will refund the full amount of the photography plan you ordered. We will not be able to offer any other compensation such as compensation or secondary damage.

  • We may ask for customer’s permission to use customer’s photos on our website or SNS.
